This animation shows the mode of action of a cytotoxic cancer drug. The molecule is a modification of an approved drug designed to overcome resistance by improving its ability to enter cells. 3D animation was the best way to depict this but the budget was limited as the drug was at an early stage in its development. We overcame this by keeping the 3D models quite simple.
