Plastic Milk were commissioned by Evans Woolfe Media to create the graphics for a three part history series for BBC Learning. The series introduces primary age pupils to what life was like for children during the Second World War. The graphics integrate archive stills with live action of the same locations in the present day.You can see some remarkable examples of this kind of work by the Russian photographer Sergey Larenkov at sergey-larenkov.livejournal.com.
Just finished working with Gatehouse on a two and half minute animated sequence for Veolia. The sequence highlights some of the impressive feats the company achieved in the design and build of a water treatment plant capable of treating 40,000 cubic meters of water every day without wasting any of it. The plant is part of the much larger Shell Pearl GTL project in Qatar.
The project gave us a great chance to try out some excellent new technology.
